Whether you’re walking the runway, stepping into the office, or strolling a mall, how you look and feel is paramount to how you approach and tackle your day. From your clothes to your hair to your makeup and skin care, beauty and fashion elevate every aspect of your mood and confidence, allowing you to share your unique signature style and gifts with the world.

Beauty and fashion are topics that are important and revered worldwide. From fashion designers to people in all facets of jobs and careers, glitz and glam are alluring to everyone.

For the beauty-minded, cosmetics are fun, striking, and magnetic — much like an artist painting a portrait on a canvas. Cosmetics are products that enhance or alter the appearance or fragrance of the body. Many cosmetics are designed for your face and hair. Common cosmetics include lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, eyeshadow, foundation, rouge, skin cleansers, skin lotions, shampoo, hair styling products, perfume, and cologne. Cosmetics applied to the face to enhance your appearance are often referred to as makeup.

Other areas of cosmetics and beauty that are all the rave, and definitely a stunning fave, are false eyelashes, nail polish, eyebrow pencils, face powders, concealers, toners, and facial masks. Cosmetics that are used on the face and eye area are usually applied with a brush, a sponge, or your fingertips.

Beauty Tip: How you wear your makeup and enhance your face is all up to you. Show your individuality by running your own beauty race! Gorgeous you!

In addition to achieving beauty through cosmetics, there is no denying the global passion and love affair with fashion. Fashion is a popular style or practice involving clothing, footwear, makeup, and hairstyle. As distinctive as it is, fashion constantly changes and determines how a person dresses.

Popular fashion trends are influenced by several factors:

1. Political Influences
2. Social Influences
3. Technology Influences
4. Economical Influences

Fashion makes a major statement without stating a verbal word. From haute couture to grunge: beauty and fashion appeal to everyone!

Whether you’re a diehard fashion diva or someone who prefers a more dress down casual style, we’ve all heard the term haute couture. What exactly does that phrase mean? Haute couture is French for “high sewing” or “high dressmaking” and is the creation of exclusive custom-fitted clothing. True haute couture is high-end fashion that is hand-made from start to finish. Oftentimes, it is made from high quality, special fabric and is sewn with extreme attention to detail and finished by the most experienced and capable professionals.

However, to the avid fashion lover, all clothes are fine, and style is merely a personal preference. Dressing down doesn’t have to mean sloppy duds. Oftentimes inexpensive, casual outfits that are mixed and matched become sheer perfection when wrapped around the wearer. Also, fashion fads and trends can be playful, youthful, and provocative.

Remember grunge? Grunge is making a comeback in a major way. Grunge is an anti-fashion movement which emerged in Seattle’s subculture in the mid-80s and reached global popularity in the 90s. From clothing, accessories, hairstyles, and music, grunge was embraced by the Generation X as a statement that contrasts from the flashy excessiveness of 80s mainstream fashion. Grunge is characterized by durable and timeless thrift-store clothing, often worn in a loose, androgynous manner to de-emphasize one’s body shape. 90s icons like Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love, and bands like Pearl Jam helped popularize grunge fashion.

Whether you’re jamming through your day in business or pleasure, the garments you are wearing are your absolute treasure!

Regardless if you’re a beauty or fashion maverick or a novice, one thing is for sure…glitz and glam make the woman or man!

There’s no denying that pencil skirts are indeed a wonderful fashion garment to write home about! Hail the pencil skirt! With its slinky cut and hip hugging style, the pencil skirt takes top honors in skirt types in my opinion!

As you know, a skirt is the lower part of a dress or gown, covering the wearer from the waist downwards, or a separate garment serving the same purpose. A pencil skirt is a slim fitting skirt with a straight, narrow cut, giving the skirt its slinky, sensual look. Generally the hem stops at, or just below, the knee and is tailored for a close, tight fit. The pencil skirt gets its name for its long, slim cut, much like a pencil.

Pencil skirts can be worn as separate clothing or as part of a suit. Do you want a professional, businesslike look? Add a blazer and a white blouse with your pencil skirt. Are you out for a different vibe, say sexy, sensual and youthful? Pencil skirts and crop tops make a sensational combination. Add patent leather high heels or sandal stilettos for a look that is sophisticated, trendy and chic! Sexy sirens adore pencil skirts!

Narrow fitting skirts are a popular staple in women’s fashion. The predecessor to the pencil skirt is the hobble skirt, a pre World War I fad. The hobble skirt fits tight at the hem, which impedes walking with long strides. One is forced to walk in small, shorter steps, which almost gives off a hobble effect. Hence, the hobble skirt was named!

Due to the pencil skirt’s tight, slinky fit, running or riding a bicycle can be quite challenging. Getting into and out of a vehicle takes practice. But if you master the art  of strutting gracefully in a pretty pencil skirt, the outstanding look you give off is like no other!

Fans of the pencil skirt? Pencil me in!

For those of you that adore pencil skirts, and all skirts, this one is for you!

Popular Types of Skirts:

  1. A-line Skirt: A skirt with a slight flare, roughly in the shape a capital letter A.
  2. Bell Shaped Skirt: Flared from the waist out.
  3. Circle Skirt: A skirt cut in sections to make one or more circles with a hole for the waist, so the skirt is full but hangs smoothly from the waist without darts or pleats.
  4. Culottes: A garment constructed like a pair of shorts but hangs like a skirt.
  5. Full Skirt: A skirt with fullness gathered into the waistband.
  6. Pleated Skirt: A skirt with fullness reduced in the waist by means of regular pleats or folds, which can be attached flat to the hip level or free hanging.
  7. Short Skirt: A skirt with the hemline well above the knees.
  8. Wraparound Skirt: A skirt that wraps around the waist with an overlap of material.

For those of you into fashion fads, some darling skirts are: ballerina skirts, cargo skirts, denim skirts, hobble skirts, leather skirts, maxi skirts, miniskirts, poodle skirts, sarongs, skater skirts and trouser skirts.

Since the 1970s, the rise of women wearing pantsuits has become an option for casual and formal wear, however one can never go wrong when you attend an event dressed in a perfectly popular pencil skirt. A pencil skirt gives off an aura of business and pleasure, whether worn at the office or at an event of leisure!

If you’re getting ready for an elegant night on the town and would like to buy yourself a fashionable outfit consisting of a ruffled blouse, a strand of pearls, 5″ high heeled shoes and a radiant pencil skirt, pencil me in! I’ll shop with you until we drop (or at least find the most gorgeous pencil skirts in the store)! Could a true glamour girl really want more?

Oh how we all wish we could adore the skin that we’re in: blemish free, soft and smooth with a healthy, happy glow. I’m thrilled to say it can be so. By eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, and protecting and nurturing your skin with the right products and daily skincare routine, you truly can love the skin that you’re in.

Skincare can seem overwhelming with so many serums, products, and brands on the market that promise radiant, wrinkle-free, and blemish-free skin. What’s a glamour girl or guy to do when you walk down the store aisles and you see so many lotions, moisturizers, and soaps standing out at you?

Your basic skin care can be simple with great results by using 5 essential products to help you relish the skin that you’re in!

• Facial Cleanser: Facial cleansers will clean your skin and are easier and more gentle on your skin than soap. When cleansing, start at the bottom of your face and work your way up to stimulate the skin and open the pores. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

• Skin Toner: A strong skin toner works wonders for a healthy skin care routine. Toners close pores, remove traces of built-up oils and help seal in moisture.

• Moisturizers/Oils: Once your face is fresh and clean, you’ll want to prevent dryness by applying a moisturizer or facial oil. Dry skin leads to premature aging, clogged pores, and dull looking skin. Oils help to moderate your skin’s oil production as opposed to making oily skin oilier.

• Facial Masks: Although you don’t need to use a facial mask every single day, once a week is a grand idea to help firm and cleanse your skin. All beauty supply stores carry face masks geared for different skin types (dry, normal, oily, combination) and skin conditions (deep-pore, mid-pore and topical). Cream, clay, and mud masks are very popular and can either be wiped off or peeled off when your mask treatment is complete.

• Clean, Soft Makeup Brushes: Once your skin care routine is finished for the evening or morning and it’s makeup time, you’ll likely want to brush a light dose of translucent powder over your face to give you a healthy, radiant glow. Always use soft, clean brushes to keep your pristine skincare routine at its best.

After only a few weeks of sticking to your routine, your face will thank you. You’ll not only feel shiny clean, but your face will appear smoother, younger, and more supple. You’ll definitely have healthy, blemish-free skin! Radiant!

What is one fabric that’s popular around the world, worn daily by many people, and is immediately recognizable? If you guessed denim, congratulations!

Whether in a great pair of jeans, jackets, or skirts, we all know denim when we see ’em! But what exactly is denim? Denim is a sturdy cotton warp-faced twill textile in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads. This twill weaving produces the familiar diagonal ribbing of the denim that distinguishes it from cotton duck.

Denim Fun Fact: It is characteristic of most denim that only warp threads are dyed, whereas the weft threads remain plain white. As a result of this warp-faced twill weaving, the outside of your jeans shows the blue warp threads and the inside shows the white weft threads!

Sometimes it’s fun to dress in denim from head to toe, but in order to add a more elegant look to rugged denim, wearing softer materials such as lace, satin, or chiffon blouses with denim skirts or pants is a great way to mix tough and tender. This combination makes for a graceful, trendy look. So don’t shy away from dressing up in denim!

When dressed in this stylish, vogue material, you may snarl traffic by causing a major denim disruption!

Over time, denim will usually fade. Some people adore their faded denim!

Types of Faded Denim Patterns Include:

1. Combs or Honeycombs: Faded lines that are found behind the knees.
2. Whiskers: Faded streaks that surround the crotch area of the jeans.
3. Stacks: The inseam of the jeans are hemmed a few inches longer than the actual leg length, with the extra fabric stacking on top of the shoe, causing a faded area to form around the ankle, extending up the calf.
4. Train Tracks: These appear on the outseams of the denim. This pattern forms two sets of parallel fades which resemble train tracks.

The massive, popular blue jean production has caused a major fashion seduction around the world. Cheers to denim for helping to take fashion into a whole new direction! Is denim just a fad? No way! The revered fabric known as denim is here to stay!

The world’s love affair with denim is no secret!

Although denim is a durable, sturdy fabric, often associated with jeans, overalls, and outdoor activities, adding the right materials and accessories to your denim creates a look that radiates and dazzles.

High rise or low rise: rise to any occasion dressed in delicious denim duds!

Spring is the perfect time of year to paint everything pastel, including your fingernails and toenails!

We all know what pastel colors look like, softer, muted shades of our favorite colors, such as pink, green, yellow, purple, orange and blue. What makes a pastel color lighter than it’s original color? A true pastel is an art medium in the form of a stick, consisting of pure powdered pigment and a binder. The pigments used in pastels are the same as those used to produce all colored art media, including oil paints; the binder is of a neutral hue and low saturation.

Pastel colors are quite lovely, and even more so when our nails are painted pastel pretty!

Pastel Fun Fact: Pastels have been used by artists since the Renaissance, and gained considerable popularity in the 18th century, when a number of notable artists made pastel their primary medium. An artwork made using pastels is called simply, a ‘pastel’.

With the season of spring almost here, and then all through the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer, pastel nail art is fashionable, fun and festive! Why not splurge at a professional salon and get your nails done, enjoying the relaxing, splendid manicure and pedicure treatment? All fashion divas need to spoil themselves once in awhile; it keeps glamour girls in a mood to smile!

Spring forward with pretty pastel nail art!

How to Treat Yourself to a Do It Yourself (DIY) Manicure:

  1. Remove any old or chipped nail polish. For natural nails, use a nonacetone nail polish remover.
  2. File the nails into your desired shape.
  3. Soak your fingers in warm soapy water for a couple of minutes to soften the cuticles.
  4. Rub cuticle cream into the cuticles of the nails.
  5. Wipe the nails with a damp cloth to ensure that you remove any oils or residue left from the cuticle cream. Pat the nails dry.
  6. Apply a clear nail polish base coat to the bare nails and let them dry.
  7. Stroke your nails with the fingernail polish color or colors of your choice. Generally a nail needs three brush strokes of polish: one stroke down the center of the nail, one stroke on the left and right side of the nail.
  8. Once dry, apply a topcoat of clear nail polish. This will provide a lustrous shine and help seal the color, eliminating chips and divots.
  9. If desired, display your creativity by decorating away! You can add jewels, glitter, decals, various shades of nail polish, etc. to add glitz, glamour and pizzazz to your nails and hands!

Ah, your pleasing, pretty pastel nail art looks truly grand!

Pastel Fun Fact: Pastel sticks or pastel crayons consist of pure powdered pigment combined with a binder. The exact composition and characteristics of an individual pastel stick depends on the type of pastel and the type and amount of binder used. Pastels also vary by individual manufacturers. Dry pastels have historically used binders such as gum arabic and gum tragacanth. Methyl cellulose was introduced as a binder in the 20th century. Often a chalk or gypsum component is present.

No matter how pastels are made, there is no denying that when your nails are decorated in beautiful shades of pastels, your hands and feet will look stunning and well, truly swell!

Dry Pastels Can Be Subdivided as Follows:

  1. Hard Pastels
  2. Oil Pastels
  3. Pan Pastels
  4. Pastel Pencils
  5. Soft Pastels
  6. Water Soluble Pastels

In order to create hard and soft pastels, pigments are ground into a paste with water and a gum binder and then rolled or pressed into sticks. The name “pastel” comes from Medieval Latin ‘pastellum’, meaning woad paste. The French word ‘pastel’ first appeared in 1662.

There are times that with gorgeous, festive, marvelous nail art, only pastel polish will do! Select the perfect pastel colors for you!

“I’m admiring the way you’ve painted each fingernail in a different pastel shade.”

“I do believe that this particular manicure I’m wearing deserves an A+ grade!”

“Although all soft colors are pretty, I feel yellow, green and blue look best.”

“I also adore the orange, lavender and pink. All pastel colors pass the test!”

“I think I’ll go out and get a pastel nail art manicure done on my nails too.”

“Copying is the greatest form of flattery. In fashion, those words are very true!”

Pastel Nail Art: A great place for a true fashion diva to start!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. In my fashion and beauty opinion, the two cosmetic items that are most important to add glamour, allure and magic to the face are mascara and lipstick! If you can only choose two makeup items to put in your cosmetic bag, choose those two and your fabulous face will thank you.

Long, thick, luscious eyelashes area a sign of health and beauty. Long, thick eyelashes not only look beautiful, but they draw out the appeal and allure of your eyes. Your eyelashes are to your eyes what a fabulous frame is to a picture; they highlight the overall look.

An eyelash is one of the hairs that grows at the edge of the eyelid. Eyelashes protect the eye from debris and perform some of the same functions as whiskers do on a cat or mouse, in the sense that they are sensitive to being touched, thus providing a warning that an object (dust, hair, etc.) is near the eye, which then closes reflexively.

Items needed to capture the essence and glamour of long, heathy eyelashes are mascara, an eyelash brush and if preferred, an eyelash curler. If you do use an eyelash curler, don’t press and close the grips too hard, as this can cause eyelashes to pull out.

Mascara Fun Fact: Mascara is a cosmetic commonly used to enhance the eyelashes. Mascara darkens, thickens, lengthens and helps to define the eyelashes. Mascara is available in three forms (liquid, cake, cream), and most contain the basic ingredients of oils, waxes and preservatives.  The thicker the coats of mascara applied, the thicker and more full your eyelashes will look.

For the most dramatic eyelash look of all, jet black mascara outdoes them all. However, colored mascara can be fun to experiment with and wear when you’re feeling unique, magical and whimsical!

Tips for Growing Long, Lush, Healthy Eyelashes:

  1. Vitamin E, Iron, Vitamin B12 – Just like your body, hair needs protein, iron and Vitamin B12 to stay strong and healthy. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that adds to healthy hair growth. Eyelashes are hair, so they need to be fed nutrients just like the hair on your head.
  2. Biotin (Vitamin H) – Promotes hair growth, texture and thickness.
  3. Petroleum Jelly – If you remove your mascara before you go to sleep, then apply petroleum jelly to your bare eyelashes and leave on overnight while you sleep, this will help your eyelashes to grow faster, thicker and stronger.
  4. Castor Oil/Olive Oil – These oils help to promote hair growth.
  5. Enriched Mascara – Many mascaras that are available for purchase today include lash boosting serums, botanicals and pro-vitamin enriched formulas.

Bat your eyes in lovely, long eyelashes!

Long eyelashes are considered a sign of beauty in many cultures. Did you know that you can enhance your eyelashes artificially, either by applying false eyelashes or using eyelash extensions? Permanent eyelash tints have also become a popular procedure provided in many salons. It is also possible to get eyelash transplants, which are similar in nature to hair transplantation done on the head. Since the eyelash hair is transported from the head, the new eyelashes will continue to grow.

Eyelash Fun Fact: The invention of the photograph and motion picture launched mascara’s popularity and usage in the United States. Motion pictures advertised a new standard of beauty and sex appeal. Famous actresses of the classic cinema era, such as Theda Bara, Pola Negri, Clara Bow, Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Bette Davis and Jean Harlow depended heavily on dramatic mascara applications for their glamorized appearances, which the mainstream public began to mimic.

Today, mascara is often used on a daily basis around the world. In 2016 alone, U.S. consumers spent 335.6 million dollars on the top ten leading mascara brands.

Yes, beauty is a billion dollar business!

For the animal lovers out there, eyelashes, being hair, are found on mammals. Camels have eyelashes that are remarkably long and thick. Horses and cows have long eyelashes also. Inherited eyelash problems are common in some breeds of dogs and horses. Not much different than people!

Eyelash Fun Fact: The average eyelash takes about seven to eight weeks to grow back if pulled out, and constant pulling may lead to permanent damage, stunting hair growth.

Eyelashes bedazzling and beguiling being lush, lovely, luxurious and long are truly a fashion and beauty bomb!

“Baby, baby, baby, bat your lovely, lush, long eyelashes at me.”

“I’m flattered you’re admiring my luxurious eyelashes, you see.”

“Are your eyelashes naturally that long, or could your lashes be fake?”

“These are my own lashes coated with mascara. Black mascara takes the cake.”

“Your extra long lashes add to the allure, appeal and attractiveness of your eyes.”

“Yes. The longer the lashes, the larger your eyes appear in size.”

Long Eyelashes: A true beauty masterpiece!

It makes no difference if your hair length preference is long or short, there is no denying that sleek, silky, straight hair looks fabulous! Lustrous, smooth, straight hair frames all face shapes and wears well with all types of clothing and garments. Even hats!

What exactly is this “hair” that we all love and crave and spend so much time washing, drying, styling and cutting? Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the dermis. Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. The human body, apart from areas of glabrous skin, is covered in follicles which produce thick terminal and fine vellus  hair. Most common interests in hair is focused on hair growth, hair types and hair care, but hair is also an important biomaterial primarily composed of protein, notably alpha-keratin.

Curls are glorious and represent a girl with her sugar and spice, but straight, sensuous, sexy hair always looks nice!

For a knock-out look that will bang one out of the park, wispy or blunt bangs worn with straight hair look youthful, playful and fabulous!

Hair Fun Fact: The word “hair” usually refers to two distinct structures: the hair follicle (the part beneath the skin), and the hair shaft, which is the hard filamentous part that extends above the skin surface. Hair fibers have a structure consisting of several layers, starting from the outside: the cuticle, the cortex and the medulla.

Each and every strand of hair is made up of the cuticle, cortex and medulla.

Silky straight hair, when flowing down the back, can cause an eye popping, alluring heart attack! Sheer straight beauty.

How do you obtain straight hair, especially if your hair tends to be naturally wavy or curly?

Three Ways to Straighten Your Hair:

  1. Using a hot iron or flat iron
  2. Using a blow dryer or hair dryer
  3. Using natural ways

Hot irons work well because they provide heat, and heat acts as a hair straightener. If you take small sections of your hair, and run the hot/flat iron down each section from the scalp to the ends, your hair will obtain the silky straight texture that you are trying to create.

Hair dryers and blow dryers work much the same way. If you take a sturdy, good styling brush and place the blow dryer on your roots, then take the brush the entire way down to your ends, keeping the blow dryer moving along with the brush, your hair will automatically straighten. This is why if your hair is damp and wavy, applying heat from the blow dryer and continually brushing the hair, the waves will be removed.

For cost effective flat irons and blow dryers that work magical hair wonders, why not try one of these items?

KIPOZI Professional Titanium Flat Iron Hair Straightener with Digital LCD Display ,Dual Voltage,Instant Heat Up(1.75 inch wide, black)

Magnifeko 1875W Professional Hair Dryer with Ionic Conditioning – Powerful, Fast Hairdryer Blow Dryer – 2 Speeds, 3 Heat Settings

For hair that is sure to mesmerize and illuminate, go straight!

Straight Hair Fashion Tip: For those of you with brittle or damaged hair, you can still obtain glamorous, silky, straight tresses naturally! Good news!

  1. Brush wet hair until it dries.
  2. Wrap wet hair tightly. You can wrap your wet hair in a silk scarf and sleep on it to reduce frizz.
  3. Roll your hair. This works with large rollers. Let your hair dry completely before you remove the rollers, then brush.
  4. Ponytails. Divide damp hair into two low ponytails, then add additional elastics every inch or so down the ponytail to hold the hair together. When the hair is dry, remove the ponytails and elastic. Brush to straighten.
  5. Twist hair into a bun. Wrap damp hair into a bun and don’t cover…let your hair air dry, the brush out.

To all of these methods, add a few drops of sweet almond or coconut oil to tame frizz and smooth out the look. For selfie or magazine ready hair, spray hair gloss over the hair. Beautiful, alluring and easy hair care!

Straight hair is chic, stylish, trendy and classy, for a head of hair that mixes sweet school girl with savvy and sassy!

Four Types of Hair Classifications:

  1. Straight Hair
  2. Wavy Hair
  3. Curly Hair
  4. Kinky Hair

Whatever your natural hair type, yes, attractive all, even kinky, wavy and curly hair can be styled for a straight fall.

Sleek, straight hair for the long and short of it!

“Your hair is so straight and soft. May I run my fingers through your tresses?”

“You can look but don’t touch. Would you want me pawing all your dresses?”

“I would think hair that straight would look thin, but your hair is thick and full.”

“My hair is also chic, shiny and glimmering….never breaking, dry or dull.”

“Is your hair naturally straight or do you style it to fall luxuriously straight down?”

“I use a flat iron strand by strand for a hairstyle that works in business and around town.”

Straight Hair: A classic hairstyle that needs no explanation…either for the long or short of it!

Whether you’re wearing a boot, giving someone ‘the boot’, or unclamping a boot from your car wheel, make no bones about it, the boot is a popular item! In the realm of fashion and style, a sure fire way to boot up your closet with an ideal fashion boost is by adding a knock-out, gorgeous, sensual pair of thigh high boots!

A boot is a type of footwear and a specific type of shoe. Most boots mainly cover the foot and the ankle, while some also cover some part of the lower calf, the knee and on up the thigh. I’ve even seen some over-the-top boots that extend up the hip. How hip is that boot?

Ah, the eye turning, eye catching, eye popping boot wonder that is known as the thigh high boot!

Thigh high boots, known also as thigh length boots or simply thigh boots, are boots that extend above the knee to at least mid-thigh. Other terms for this stunning footwear include over-the-knee boots, and especially when cuffed, pirate boots. Lengths vary from reaching just over the knee to reaching almost to the crotch (referred to as crotch boots or crotch high boots).

Thigh High Boots Fun Fact: Thigh high boots are made of materials ranging from various leathers to various synthetic materials (including vinyl, polyurethane or latex), to various fabrics such as silk or polyester microfiber. Many are constructed with zippers, but some are designed as pull on boots. Heel heights vary, but most styles are with heels greater than 3 inches (7.5cm). Heel styles vary from metal spikes to chunky or platform soles.

There is no other footwear on the fashion market as daring, bold, beautiful and provocative as a stiletto heeled thigh high boot!

Does the va va voom vixen in you silently wish to wear thigh high boots, but you’re too meek to show them off? Make this the year of giving in to the true fashion diva that you are, no matter anyone’s opinion, no matter if you’re walking or riding in a car!

Thigh High Boot Fun Fact: Laced leather boots were fashionable for women throughout the Victorian period. In the world of women’s fashion, thigh high boots run through cycles of both popularity and design. As referenced by many authors, the popularity of the motion picture Pretty Woman hurt the credibility of thigh high boots being worn as wardrobe staples. Nevertheless, in any fall fashion season, at least one or more designers and retailers will take a chance on the thigh high boot’s magnetic appeal and showcase the vixen thigh high boot.

Boot Fun Fact: Early boots consisted of separate leggings, soles and uppers worn together to provide greater ankle protection than shoes or sandals. Around 1000 BC, these components were more permanently joined to form a single unit that covered the feet and lower leg, often up to the knee. A type of soft leather ankle boots were worn by nomads in eastern Asia and carried to China, India and Russia around AD 1200 to 1500 by Mongol invaders.

And, as with all fashion, the practicality of the boot went out the window and the aesthetic pleasure and allure of the boot stepped in, in the fantastic, fabulous form of the thigh high boot! A sexy, sensual boot that looks and fits just right!
